Welcome to Hotel Stelle Marine, a quiet hideaway surrounded by unspoiled nature overlooking the magnificent Gulf of Arzachena. The hotel is facing the “La Maddalena Islands” National Park, famous for its magnificent beaches. The idyllic “Mannena” beach is only 300 meters away from the hotel and can be reached through a private passage, walking, or by the hotel’s complimentary shuttle bus. The resort, especially designed to fulfil even the most demanding wish, is ready to welcome all guests and ensure guests feel relax with top quality services along with warm atmosphere and local hospitality.

All 71 rooms of the hotels are elegantly decorated, influenced by the local Sardinian architecture. Divided in 39 superior rooms, 07 family rooms (3/4 beds, 02 separate rooms interconnected with sharing bathroom), 24 deluxe rooms, and a sumptuous suite, all of them with private bathroom, shower, direct line telephone, internet link, independent air conditioner, min bar, satellite colour TV, hair dryer, safe. Each room has a terrace or balcony with sea view or garden view (sea view not guaranteed).

An excellent continental buffet breakfast is the best way to start the day! The Chef and his team offer Italian specialities, carefully cooked, using the best local ingredients .Also, the wine cellar of the hotel gives the opportunity for the guests to choose from a wide variety of fine wines. A great attention we put on the typical Mediterranean gastronomy, our chef puts together the high quality of raw materials and a great skill. Our menu includes a choice of 4 first course, and 4 main courses, always different and never repetitive; our kitchen puts great attention on natural flavours of the fresh materials, such as for instance the fish that is our ace up out sleeve. The dishes are served with imaginative decorations; in this way even simple spaghetti with tomato sauce and basil becomes a “King” dish. During the week we propose two special dinners; one based on typical regional kitchen (well known is the roasted sucking pig “su proceddu” flavoured with “sa mutta” that is leaves of myrtle); we have searched and we propose the secrets of Sardinian kitchen that is different depending on the area of the island; the second one is dedicated to the sea and its food: a welcome to you is given by a reach buffet of entrances, prepared with care to exalt the seafood fragrance; it follows the always different first courses and it continues with the main courses of shellfishes and of our gulf’s fishes such as: dentex, grouper, amberjack, gilthead, blacktail and sea bass, all brought by our fisherman in trust.
